Specifications are provided in the attached RFI Notice and Statement of Work. Respondents are asked to provide capability statements describing their ability to furnish the required materials, with submissions accepted only as unclassified electronic responses via email; phone calls will not be accepted. This notice is solely for market research under FAR Part 10 and does not constitute a Request for Proposal or a commitment by the Government. The Government will not pay for information received or reimburse respondent costs, and all submissions become Government property and will not be returned.
