The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division intends to award a sole-source purchase order to GEMS Sensors for tank level indicators and sensors. The Government intends to make the award prior to the second quarter of fiscal year 2026. This action is justified because GEMS Sensors is considered the only responsible source capable of fulfilling the Navy's requirements.
