The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division anticipates a Basic Ordering Agreement to provide spare marine gas turbines, subassemblies, and parts for US Navy surface combatants and the Ship to Shore Connector, with specifications in the attached Sources Sought Notice. Respondents must provide unclassified capability statements via email; phone calls will not be accepted. This is a sources-sought notice for market research only and does not constitute an RFP, contract commitment, or request for unsolicited proposals. The Government will not pay for information or reimburse response costs, and all submissions become Government property and will not be returned.
