The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division intends to award a sole-source contract to Rolls-Royce Marine North America, Inc. for Rolls-Royce marine gas turbine engines and related shipboard auxiliary systems used across the U.S. Navy. The anticipated contract is a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee IDIQ with a 60-month ordering period and a 72-month period of performance. RRMNA is the OEM and sole owner of the proprietary designs, processes, and procedures needed for fabrication, maintenance, and repair, making it the only qualified source. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals, but interested parties may submit written information on their interest and capability for Government consideration.
