Stennis (CVN 74). The contractor shall test the manifolds and set their relief valves at the proper pressures. NSWCPD intends to procure these services on a Sole-Source basis from Cold LLC, under BOA N6449822G4005, as they are the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of these parts.
