Interested respondents should submit unclassified, electronic capability statements describing their ability to provide these services; phone calls will not be accepted. This notice is not a Request for Proposal and does not constitute a contract, promise to contract, or government commitment. The Government will not pay for information received or reimburse costs incurred in preparing a response, and unsolicited proposals are not being sought.
