The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) has issued an RFI for market research on services for expert database and software development, testing, and maintenance supporting digital integration services. Specifications are provided in an attached Statement of Work. Respondents should provide capability statements with specific information on their ability to meet the SOW requirements, submitted electronically via email as unclassified responses; no phone calls will be accepted. This notice is for market research only under FAR Part 10 and does not constitute an RFP, contract, or commitment, and unsolicited proposals are not sought. The government will not pay for information received or reimburse response costs, and all submissions become government property and will not be returned.
