This requirement is for Naval Foundry and Propeller Center (NFPC) who is responsible for the design, manufacture, and repair propellers for the US Navy. This is a sole source requirement to Kercher Enterprises in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) “For purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold.
