SOLICITATION NOTICE FOR THE NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER PHILADELPHIA DIVISION (NSWCPD) IN SUPPORT OF THE NAVAL FOURNDRY AND PROPELLER CENTER (NFCP) The Naval Foundry and Propeller Center (NFPC) uses thirteen (13) different types of industrial gases to support different departements. Gases required range from various standard and mixed grades, which are all crucial in manufacturing fixtures, supporting laboratory test equipment, and maintaining casting requirements during casting pours. A contract to provide these various industrial gases is required to continue manufacturing and testing of current and future products.
