The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) anticipates a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) leveraging contractor knowledge, experience, and access to technical information for MTU 8000, MTU 4000, MTU 2000, MTU 1163, MTU 595, and MTU 396 engine models. This Sources Sought notice is for market research only under FAR Part 10 and does not constitute a Request for Proposal, contract, promise to contract, or commitment of any kind. Interested respondents should provide capability statements with specific information on their ability to perform the described services, using unclassified electronic submissions via email; phone calls will not be accepted. The Government will not pay for information received or compensate respondents for costs incurred in preparing responses, and it will not accept unsolicited proposals.
