DESCRIPTION: This pre-solicitation synopsis is notice in accordance with FAR 13.105, Synopsis and Posting Requirements. The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price contract. This will be a Sole Sourced solicitation for the procurement of supplies. The planned acquisition will provide for the procurement of a maximum of two (2) submarine hydraulic manifold installation assemblies. Acceptance tests will be required to be provided for each respective unit. These specific assemblies have been explicitly designed, tested, and qualified for use onboard U.S. Navy submarines. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 332912 – Engineering Services and the product service (PSC) code is 4810. Solicitation number N64498-25-R-4016 will be released on or about December 2024/ January 2025. The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated closing date. All interested sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by this agency. The award is anticipated to be a single award requirements contract.
