The proposed contract action is for supplies and or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 13.106-1 (b) (1) (i). NSWCPD PROPERTY MANAGEMENT DIVISION, SUPPLY BRANCH (c/1072) SMALL ACQUSITION PURCHASE 1.0 BACKGROUND The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) Supply Branch (Code 1072) provides Diesel Fuel for the Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division located at Building 542 on the Philadelphia Navy Yard. Diesel Fuel is required for the operation of forklifts supporting warehouse and other onsite laboratories. Code 1072 requires a Contractor to deliver diesel fuel to warehouse on a monthly basis. 2.0 STATEMENT OF WORK 2.1 REQUIREMENTS FOR PERFORMANCE The total period of performance of this contract shall be from date of award through 365 days. CONTRACTOR shall contact GOVERNMENT TPOC at least one day prior, with estimated delivery date and time, to ensure forklifts are in designated filling station/area, and timely delivery and acceptance of fuel. CONTRACTOR will setup routine delivery on a monthly basis to support this tasking. CLIN 0001 – Diesel Fuel CONTRACTOR shall deliver and refill no more than 360 Gallons of Diesel Fuel in a twelve (12) month period, in monthly increments of no less than 30 gallons per delivery. CLIN 0002 – Diesel Exhaust Fluid CONTRACTOR shall deliver 1 jug (2.5 Gallons) of Diesel Exhaust Fluid, every third Month. 2.2 DELIVERABLES Deliveries must be made between the hours of 7:00 AM and 3:00 PM. THE DELIVERY CHARGE AND ANY HAZARDOUS MATERIAL CHARGE MUST BE INCLUDED IN THE UNIT PRICE FOR EACH ITEM.
