THIS SOURCES SOUGHT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. It is a market research tool being used to determine potential and eligible firms capable of providing the supplies/services described herein prior to determining the method of acquisition. Scope of Work: The contractor shall perform one initial scheduled inspection of the 10 units and provide corrective maintenance service with the initial inspection. Additional PM/CM services shall occur in 4 month intervals from initial inspection / repair not to exceed 3 per year. Required PM/CM services listed in Section 3.2 shall be applied to any bag/filter house to return it to an operational condition in an expedited manner. The Contractor shall meet the requirements set forth in section 3.0 and provide all labor, management, materials, equipment, parts and services to maintain optimal operation of bag/filter houses.
