The Naval Surface Warefare Center, Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) has a requirement for procurement of testing and analyzing lube oil samples for deisel engines under the Diesel Readiness Systesm program and reduction gear samples for the HM&E Sustainment Program. All Offerors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. FOr further information and instruction, please visit www.sam.gov. The contractor shall be a certified new and used oil sampling laboratory that, at a minimum, is certified in accordance with ASQ/ANSI/ISO-9001:2015 or ISO 17025. THE SOLICITATION WILL BE AVAILABLE IN ELECTRONIC FORMAT ONLY. It is anticipated that the Request for Proposal (RFP) (along with any attachments) will be posted to https://sam.gov in the November/December 2023 timeframe and will close approximately 30 days thereafter. No CDs or hard copies will be provided. Offers shall be required to submit techincal proposals in accordance with the solcitation.
