The procurement is for ten (10) Sherwin Williams and three (3) International Paint (brands) specific specialized marine-grade epoxy-polyamide paint extensively tested and approved by the Naval Research Laboratory. The vendor shall procure and deliver the following specialized paints and associated painting thinners in the quantities described. A minimum of eighty (80) percent of the total shelf life shall remain from respective batch date of manufacture in accordance with (IAW) Certificate of Analysis upon delivery, otherwise shipments will be returned at no additional cost to the government. No replacements or substitutions are acceptable. This requirement will be procured on a brand name basis.
