The Government is anticipates issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) as a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP), Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite Quantity, Single Award Contract. A total of 41 lockers were procured previously and placed on numerous ships. These lockers have since been removed due to multiple manufacturing defects. The requirement is to repair these 41 lockers for future installation and operation on multiple ships. See Section 3 of the attached Draft Statement of Work (SOW) for the Lithium Battery Charging Station (BCS), 1x3 Locker, and 1x4 Locker using the drawings provided as Government Furnished Information. Please see the attached revised SOW. The anticipated period of performance is two (2) years. The anticipated award date is July 2023. It is the Government’s intention to procure these services utilizing full and open competition as a small business set-aside. The Government is contemplating issuing this procurement as a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP), Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity, Single Award Contract.
