Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) is using this as a market research tool to determine potential firms capable of providing the services described herein prior to determining the method of acquisition. Contract Type – A performed based Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) task order is anticipated. This requirement will be awarded based on best value trade off evaluation criteria. NSWCPD Code 335 is seeking to identify potential sources who have capability to identify and correct and repair the manufacturing defects of the 41 existing locker units.
