It is the intent of NSWCPD to use this information for market research purposes only. The survey is being conducted to determine the interest of industry within NAICS code 238220, and to establish that there are adequate large and/or small business contractors for providing the work described below. The Government WILL NOT pay for the provision of any information, nor will it compensate any respondents for the development of any such information. This RFI Notice is issued solely for conducting market research in accordance with FAR Part 10 and gathering information for planning purposes. Selective deconstruction, draining, and removal of Chiller-3 and replacement with an air-cooled 150-Ton, 480V/3PH/60Hz, rotary-screw or scroll-type chiller with open protocol BACnet control and communication capabilities. The Government is considering soliciting a single award construction contract with a completion date of 100 days from date of award. The Government is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to identify sources available to perform the above work.
