This purpose of this procurement is to manufacture, test and deliver new fiberglass composite structures for submarine mast antenna systems to include submarine antenna and periscope mast fairings, radomes, and antenna closure caps. The Contractor shall provide the necessary materials, incidental supplies, and other support services for the fabrication, assembly, testing, packing and shipment of new assemblies. The Contractor shall also provide services to support the repair and restoration of existing submarine fiberglass composite structures, including but not limited to, fabrication, assembly, testing, preservation, packaging, and shipment to NSWCPD.This purpose of this procurement is to manufacture, test and deliver new fiberglass composite structures for submarine mast antenna systems to include submarine antenna and periscope mast fairings, radomes, and antenna closure caps. The Contractor shall provide the necessary materials, incidental supplies, and other support services for the fabrication, assembly, testing, packing and shipment of new assemblies. Amendment 0001 provides direction for receipt of electroic proposals. Amendment 0002 extends the due date for submission of proposals.
