NSWCPD intends to procure this requirement as Unrestricted providing for Full and Open Competition. This announcement does not constitute a solicitation. Specific details will be provided in the solicitation Request for Proposal (RFP) N64498-19-R-4051, which will be posted on the Federal Business Opportunities (FEDBIZOPPS) website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/ (click on Vendors), on or after 21 June 2019 and will close thirty (30) days thereafter. All interested parties may download the solicitation and any amendments through FEDBIZOPPS. No CDs or hard copies will be provided.
