The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) has a requirement to procure engineering services, technical personnel, and facilities required to maintain the operational readiness and integrate technological improvements of the in-service Electronic Chart Display and Information System-Navy (ECDIS-N), Situational Awareness Bridge Display System (SABDS) and other navigation systems and equipment. This solicitation has a sixty (60) month ordering period, and a period of performance not to exceed seventy-two (72) months. All Questions MUST be addressed via email.
