The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) intends to award a firm-fixed price contract to provide the supply of proprietary spare parts for the Power Recirculation Drive System (PRDS)to General Electric Power Conversion Naval Systems, Inc. (GEPCNSI), located in Cranberry Township, PA. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received prior to the closing date will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. A hard copy of the solicitation will not be made available. Offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database to be considered for award.
