PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: N64498-19-Q-4011 SUBJECT: Office Room 2301 Renovations, Building 4 at the Philadelphia Navy Business Center, Philadelphia, PA. NAICS CODE: 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction CLASSIFICATION CODE (PSC/FSC): Z1AA INCUBMENT: New Procurement ANTICIPATED AWARD DATE: Q3 FY19 RESPONSE DATE: 3:00 PM EST, 28 February 2019 ANTICIPATED SET-ASIDE: Total Small Business Set-Ade CONTACT POINTS: Aaron Koumaras DESCRIPTION: The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) intends to issue a competitive solicitation to execute a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Contract to procure the construction services required to perform Renovations to Room 2301, Building 4 at the Philadelphia Navy Business Center, Philadelphia, PA. The purpose of this work is for the demolition and renovation of approximately 2,000-square feet of existing office space to accommodate new workspace configuration and meeting rooms. The Contractor must furnish supervision, labor, material, tools, specialized services and equipment necessary to perform all work described in this statement of work, drawings and the associated documents. The official Request for Quote (RFQ) along with any amendments will be published on the Federal Business Opportunities website at http://www.fbo.gov. THE RFQ WILL BE AVAILABLE IN ELECTRONIC FORMAT ONLY. Written proposals will be requested. Interested offerors should monitor FEDBIZOPPS for the release of the RFP. No CDs or hard copies will be provided. The RFQ is anticipated for release in February of Fiscal Year (FY) 2019, with award anticipated in March of FY 2019. Award is anticipated of a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract with a period of performance of 60 calendar days (to include time required for bonding and insurance submittals). This effort is being competed amongst all eligible small business concerns. The Government intends to make one (1) award on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable Basis. All offerors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database to be considered for award. For further information and instructions please visit www.SAM.gov.
