The Contractor shall install new Variable Frequency Drives (VFD), VFD rated motors and remove and re-place the existing pneumatic variable pitch fans for the supply and return fans for AS-7 located in Building 1000 in the penthouse machinery room at the NSWCPD, Philadelphia Naval Business Center (PNBC), Philadelphia, PA 19112.
