The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) Philadelphia, PA, intends to negotiate and award a sole source contract Vericor Power Systems LLC, 3625 Brookside Park Ste. 500, Alpharetta, GA 30022-3718. The proposed acquisition will provide for the overhaul and repair of the ETF40B Power Producting Group (PPG), Part Number (P/N) 20-20020-02. The planned acquisition will provide engineering and technical services required for the Teardown, Test, and Evaluation and repair of the ETF40B PPGs. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), “Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements,” as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.302-1.
