The purpose of this amendment is to answer the following question: Q: What does CLIN 0019 reference? A: The technical specification paragraph 3.4.3.6 Computer Interface describes that the FACU shall have a computer port communication connector inside the enclosure which shall allow for the temporary connection of a computer or programming device. The Government anticipates that different vendors will have different means of programming the FACUs and RAPs. The intent of this CLIN is to get any programming keys required for authentication of the software to download the firmware to the hardware being procured. Addtionally, CLIN 0010 and Section M have been updated.
