The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Corona Division intends to award on a sole-source basis to ASTM for access to its industry standards library. Interested Small Business concerns—including HUBZone, 8(a) SDB, and SDVOSB firms—are asked to provide a Capability Statement so the Government can assess whether competition is feasible. Responses must include company name, address, POC, telephone and fax numbers, CAGE code, business size, county, and UEI, and inquiries must be emailed to the SAM.gov point of contact; telephone requests will not be accepted.
