The Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Corona Division intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract to IPG Photonics Corporation under other than full and open competition for commercial items. This combined synopsis/solicitation is all-or-none, so partial quotes will be deemed unresponsive and will not be evaluated. The government will award a single purchase order to the responsible offeror whose conforming offer is most advantageous under the solicitation’s Section L and M criteria.
