The Naval Warfare Center Corona Division is seeking information from potential, responsible sources that have the interest and capability to provide Vision Measurement Systems in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW). It is requested that all interested parties who can provide the required items to respond via email with a Capability Statement of a maximum of 10-pages describing their ability to perform this requirement as a Prime Offeror. The market research will be used to determine the availability of sources to perform this effort. The Capability Statement shall also include the following information: (1) Company name, address, point of contact, CAGE code and Unique Entity Identifier (UEI). (2) Business size for NAICS Code 334519, to include any Socio-Economic categories. (3) Estimated Unit Price for the base Vision Measurement System (before any modifications). Estimated cost for the modifications needed to meet the Government-provided specifications (CSS). (If possible, provide scenarios/options for these modifications). Include a commercial price list. (4) Lead time for market research purposes. (5) If not the original manufacturer, a letter of authorization for distribution, and country of origin for the item requested. Country of Origin information is needed to assess compliance with (e.g., the Buy American Act). (6) Industry commentary on the current version of the SOW. (7) The Capability Statement should clearly state the commercially availablity of the anticipated product and explicitly identify what modifications are needed to meet the government-provided specifications (CSS). (8) Describe your company's experience with vision measurement systems, including the types of hardware and software you typically utilize. Provide examples of similar projects where your company have provided these systems. Including part numbers, where applicable.
