This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, and it serves as the only solicitation—no written solicitation will be issued. The acquisition is an all-or-none requirement; partial quotes will be considered unresponsive and will not be evaluated. Award will be made on a single purchase order to the responsible offeror whose conforming quote is most advantageous to the government based on the stated criteria. Offerors must be registered in SAM and may submit quotes electronically in PDF or MS Word format. Any amendments will be posted online, so offerors are responsible for monitoring the website for updates.
