This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items and constitutes the only solicitation; no separate written solicitation will be issued. It is an all-or-none requirement, so partial quotes will be deemed unresponsive and will not be evaluated. A single purchase order will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose conforming offer is most advantageous to the government based on the criteria in the solicitation. Offerors must be registered in SAM and submit quotes electronically in PDF or MS Word format to the email address provided in the posting. Any amendments will be published on the website, so offerors are responsible for monitoring it frequently; no telephone requests will be accepted.
