This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items under FAR Subpart 12.6 and constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are requested with no separate written solicitation issued. It is an all-or-none requirement, and partial quotes will be deemed unresponsive and not evaluated. Award will be made on a single purchase order to the responsible offeror whose quote conforms to the solicitation and is most advantageous to the government based on Sections L and M.
