This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, and it constitutes the only solicitation; no separate written solicitation will be issued. The government intends to award a single purchase order to the responsible offeror whose conforming quotation is most advantageous based on the criteria in Sections L and M. This is an all-or-none requirement; partial quotes will be deemed unresponsive and will not be evaluated. Offerors must be registered in SAM and submit responses electronically in PDF or MS Word format to the designated email address. Any amendments will be posted on the website, and it is the offeror's responsibility to monitor that site for updates.
