The Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Corona Division intends to award a sole source, firm fixed-price contract to Rohde & Schwarz using other than full and open competition. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, and the requirement is all-or-none; partial quotes will not be evaluated. Interested parties may submit capability statements to express interest, though this is not a request for competitive quotes.
