This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for a commercial item, with no separate written solicitation to follow. The Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Corona Division intends to award a sole source Firm Fixed Price contract to Pratt & Whitney Measurement System, Inc., using other than full and open competition. This is an all-or-none requirement, so partial quotes will not be considered, and award will be based on the criteria in Sections L and M.
