It is requested that all interested parties who can provide the required items to respond with a Capability Statement. The Capability Statement shall also include the following information. (1) Company name, address, point of contact, CAGE code and DUNS number. (2) Business size for NAICS Code 334519. (3) Estimated unit price for market research purposes. (4) Lead time for market research purposes. (4) Industry commentary on the current version of the SOW.
