The Naval Warfare Center Corona Division (Corona Division) is seeking information from potential, responsible sources that have an interest and capability to build and provide a Piston Prover Liquid Flow Calibrator CFP400 in accordance with the attached DRAFT Statement of Work (SOW) and Calibration Standard Specification (CSS) attachment. It is requested that all interested parties who can provide the required items to respond with a Capability Statement. The Capability Statement shall also include the following information: (1) Company name, address, point of contact, CAGE code and DUNS number. (2) Business size for NAICS Code 334514. (3) Estimated unit price and lead time for market research purposes. (4) Industry commentary on the current version of the SOW. (5) Commerciality determination (ie. Commercial, Commercially-modified, non-Commercial, etc.). Responses of this notice shall be submitted via email to the Procurement Specialist, Julian Garibay, via email at julian.p.garibay.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 5:00 PM PST on 07 March 2025. Email should reference Sources Sought Notice N6426725R1010 in the subject line. The information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method, including whether a small business, socioeconomic set-aside, competitive or non-competitive method is possible, and to determine the availability of qualified companies technically capable of meeting the Government's requirement. All organizations with the capability and availability to perform the requirement under the applicable NAICS code are invited to submit a response to this notice.
