The Government intends to issue a solicitation, on a sole source basis, to provide uninterrupted support to the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), Supervisor of Shipbuilding, Conversion and Repair (SUPSHIP) Management (SEA 042) for information technology engineering and support services to maintain and extend functionality of the Technical Support Management (TSM) Suite, consisting of the TSM application and the Electronic Trial Cards application. These services will be provided to maintain and improve the collection and reporting of shipbuilding data collected by SUPSHIP activities and to ensure compliance with cybersecurity requirements. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition is based on the bridge contract nature of the procurement. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive quotations.
