This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The purpose of this combined synopsis/solicitation is to announce the Department of the Navy, Naval Surface Warfare Center Corona Division (Corona Division) intent to use other than full and open competition to award a sole source Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract to One Network Enterprises Incorporated (ONE Inc.). The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, ONE Inc., under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 for this procurement action.
