All other terms and conditions remain the same. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2025-03 January 17, 2025. The provisions at 52.212-1, 52.212-3 and the clauses at 52.212-4, 52.212-5 apply to this acquisition; no addenda are attached. This is an all-or-none requirement and partial quotes will be deemed unresponsive and will not be evaluated. The Government will award on a single purchase order to the responsible Offeror whose offer conforms to the requirements as stated in the Solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government based on the criteria listed in section L and section M of the Solicitation. Offerors must be registered in SAM and all responsible sources may submit a quotation which, if timely received, will be considered by the Agency. Quotes are due no later than the response date in the posting. Responses/offers shall be submitted electronically, PDF or MS Word Format to the email address in the posting. Any amendment(s) issued to this Request for Quote (RFQ) will be published on this website. Therefore, it is the Offerors responsibility to visit this website frequently for updates on this procurement. No telephone requests. Vendors wishing to access the controlled attachments must have a valid registration with the Defense Logisitcs Agency's (DLA) Joint Certification Program (JCP). Those without a valid JCP registration will be denied access to the controlled attachments.

The Naval Warfare Center Corona Division (Corona Division) is issuing this Sources Sought Notice as a means of conducting market research and to inform industry that the Government intends to purchase a 60’ Dive Support Boat. Notwithstanding, Corona Division is seeking information from potential, responsible Small Business sources that have the interest and capability to provide a 60’ Dive Support Boat in accordance with the attached Draft Statement of Work (SOW) and Attachments. This notice is published for informational purposes only. It is not a request for competitive quotes. However, all responsible sources may submit their Capability Statement, which if received by 04 February 2025, shall be considered by Corona Division. The Capability Statement shall also include the following information: 1. Company name, address, point of contact, CAGE code and UEI number. 2. Business size for NAICS code 336612. 3. Estimated unit price and lead time for market research purposes. 4. Industry commentary on the Draft Purchase Description. 5. Small Business Administration (SBA) certification.
