The Naval Surface Warfare Center Corona Division (Corona Division) is issuing this Sources Sought Notice as a means of conducting market research and to inform industry that the Government intends to purchase MathWorks – Enterprise License Agreement for MathWorks Desktop and Server Programs from THE MATWORKS INC (CAGE code 0C524). This notice is intended to fulfill the requirements of DFARS PGI 206.302-1. Notwithstanding, Corona Division is seeking information from potential, responsible sources that have the interest and capability to provide Enterprise License Agreement for MathWorks Desktop and Server Programs or similar software in accordance with the attached Draft Purchase Description (PD). This notice is published for informational purposes only. It is not a request for competitive quotes. However, all responsible sources may submit their Capability Statement, which if received by 18 June 2025, shall be considered by Corona Division. The Capability Statement shall also include the following information: 1. Company name, address, point of contact, CAGE code and UEI number. 2. Business size for NAICS code 513210 and 541519. 3. Estimated unit price and lead time for market research purposes. 4. Industry commentary on the Draft Purchase Description. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03, January 17, 2025. The provisions at 52.212-1, 52.212-3 and the clauses at 52.212-4, 52.212-5 apply to this acquisition; no addenda are attached. This is an all-or-none requirement and partial quotes will be deemed unresponsive and will not be evaluated.
