This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, N6426724R0226, is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). This is a total small-business set-aside. The NAICS code is 334619 and the size standard is 600 employees. The scope of this effort is to procure a minimum of three (3) and a maximum of thirty (30) 4000ft-lbs. Force and Torque Calibrators under an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract lasting three (3) years. The 4000ft-lbs. Force and Torque Calibrators shall be shipped to BLDG 612, Bay 11 MCAS Beaufort, SC 29904. Training shall take place at BLDG 1403 22113 Fortin Circle Patuxent River MD 20670-1118 and BLDG 517 1999 Fourth Street Norco, CA 92860. Proposals will be evaluated on three factors: technical, past performance, and evaluated price. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, with their proposal. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition. The anticipated period will span three years beginning at the time of award. A Firm-Fixed-Price IDIQ is anticipated.
