The Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Corona Division intends to use other than full and open competition to award a sole source Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract to MRP TRAINING SOLUTIONS, INC. This is an all-or-none requirement and partial quotes will be deemed unresponsive and will not be evaluated. The Government will award on a single purchase order to the responsible Offeror whose offer conforms to the requirements as stated in the Solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government based on the criteria listed in section L and section M of the Solicitation. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement, or by submitting capability statements. This notice of interest is not a request for competitive quotes. Offerors must be registered in SAM and all responsible sources may submit a quotation which, if timely received, will be considered by the Agency. The Naval Surface Warfare Center Corona Division (Corona Division) is issuing this pre-solicitation to satisfy the requirements in accordance with (IAW) FAR 5.204 and FAR 5.207. Corona Division is seeking information from potential, responsible sources that have an interest and capability to provide Oxygen Equipment School Support Services in accordance with the attached Draft Statement of Work (SOW). It is requested that all interested parties who can provide the required items to respond with a Capability Statement. The Capability Statement shall also include the following information: (1) Company name, address, point of contact, CAGE code and UEI number. (2) Business size for NAICS Code 611519 - Other Technical and Trade Schools (3) Estimated unit price and lead time for market research purposes. (4) Industry commentary on the current version of the SOW.
