The Naval Warfare Center Corona Division (Corona Division) is seeking information from potential, responsible sources that have the interest and capability to build and provide procure Automated Deadweight Piston Gauges in accordance with the attached Draft Statement of Work (SOW) and Calibration Standards Specification. It is requested that all interested parties who can provide the required items to respond with a Capability Statement. The Capability Statement shall also include the following information: (1) Company name, address, point of contact, CAGE code and DUNS number. (2) Business size for NAICS Code 334513. (3) Estimated unit price and lead time for market research purposes. (4) Industry commentary on the current version of the SOW. Responses of this notice shall be submitted via email to the Contract Specialist, Keith Michalowski, via email at keith.michalowski.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 12:00 PM PST on 01 March 2023. Email should reference Sources Sought Notice N6426723R0030 in the subject line. The information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method, including whether a small business, socio-economic set-aside, competitive or non-competitive method is possible, and to determine the availability of qualified companies technically capable of meeting the Government's requirement. All organizations with the capability and availability to perform the requirement under the applicable NAICS code are invited to submit a response to this notice. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding their submissions.
