The Naval Warfare Center Corona Division (Corona Division) intends to sole source MK 08 Explosive Bolts and Shipping Brackets to Cartridge Actuated Devices (CAD). CAD is the only approved manufacturer identified by the Program Executive Office Integrated Warfare Systems 3L by Weapons Specification (WS) 33598A. CAD is the only known manufacturer of the MK 08 Explosive Bolts and Shipping Brackets that meet form, fit, function, and are approved for this application. This notice is intended to fulfill the requirements of DFARS PGI 206.302-1. Notwithstanding, Corona Division is seeking information from potential, responsible sources that have the interest and capability to build and provide MK 08 Explosive Bolts and Shipping Brackets in accordance with the attached Draft Statement of Work (SOW) and drawings. It is requested that all interested parties who can provide the required items to respond with a Capability Statement. The Capability Statement shall also include the following information: (1) Company name, address, point of contact, CAGE code and DUNS number. (2) Business size for NAICS Code 325920. (3) Estimated unit price and lead time for market research purposes. (4) Industry commentary on the current version of the SOW.
