This sources sought notice is being posted to satisfy the requirements of the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement DFARS PGI 206.302-1(d). The Naval Warfare Center Corona Division (Corona Division) intends to sole source the Splunk NAVSEA HQ procurement to Carahsoft Technology, Corp. in accordance with the mandatory Department of Defense (DoD) Enterprise Software Initiative (ESI) agreement, contract number N6600120A0022. This notice is published for informational purpose only and not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responsible sources may submit their technical capabilities, which if received by the date and time referenced in this announcement, shall be considered by NSWC Corona Division. Responses must be submitted in writing to the procurement specialist, Julian Garibay, via email at julian.p.garibay.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 12:00PM (PDT) on 06 July 2023. Email should reference Sources Sought Notice N6426723Q5072 in the subject line. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive requirement.
