The site visit will occur at 0800 am at NSWC Seal Beach on Monday 6 February 2023. Coordination to attend the site visit must be made by 430pm 30 Jan 2023 with the point of contact for this solicitation. Vendors must have attended either the 1st site visit or this upcoming site visit for their quotes to be reviewed. All other terms and conditions remain the same. The purpose of this amendment is to add clause 52.219-6 Notice of Total Small Business Set Aside. All other terms and conditions remain the same. This is a solicitation for noncommercial items prepared in accordance with the FAR part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is an all-or-none requirement and partial quotes will be deemed unresponsive and will not be evaluated. The Government will award on a single purchase order to the responsible Offeror whose offer conforms to the requirements as stated in the Solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government based on the criteria listed in section L and section M of the Solicitation.
