This is an all-or-none requirement and partial quotes will be deemed unresponsive and will not be evaluated. The Government will award on a single purchase order to the responsible Offeror whose offer conforms to the requirements as stated in the Solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government based on the criteria listed in section L and section M of the Solicitation. Offerors must be registered in SAM and all responsible sources may submit a proposal which, if timely received, will be considered by the Agency. The Naval Warfare Center Corona Division (NSWC Corona) is seeking information from potential, responsible sources that have the interest and capability to build and provide MK25 Guided Rails (P/N 7117165-1, 7117165-2, 7117165-3) in accordance with the attached Draft Statement of Work (SOW) and drawing. It is requested that all interested parties who can provide the required items to respond with a Capability Statement. The Capability Statement shall also include the following information: (1) Company name, address, point of contact, CAGE code and DUNS number. (2) Business size for NAICS Code 336992. (3) Estimated unit price and lead time for market research purposes. (4) Industry commentary on the current version of the SOW.
