The Naval Surface Warfare Center Corona Division (NSWC Corona) is seeking information from construction firms capable of performing Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) for sustainment, restoration and modernization, minor construction, new construction and other facility type projects to support the construction program at NSWC Corona. The contract is planned as a MACC IDIQ with a five-year ordering period. The planned maximum ordering capacity of all contracts is not-to-exceed $43 million over the life of the MACC or five years, whichever comes first. Task orders will be issued as firm-fixed-price, typically with an anticipated task order value not-to-exceed $6 million for construction or $7.5 million for repairs. The contract will require the ability to manage multiple task orders concurrently across NSWC Corona’s area of responsibility. The MACC includes a wide-range of projects for new construction, renovation, alteration, demolition, system and infrastructure and may include civil, structure, mechanical, and electrical (see attached draft statement of work). It is requested that all interest businesses capable of performing the work described in the draft statement of work to complete/submit the attached Statement of Interest Questionnaire.
