This is a solicitation for noncommercial items prepared in accordance with FAR part 15. The Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Corona Division requires VLS Module Production (Uptakes / Plenum). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 332710. The anticipated contract type is Firm-Fixed-Price. Set-aside status: Full and Open Competition. This is an all-or-none requirement and partial proposals will be deemed unresponsive and will not be evaluated. The Government will award on a single purchase order to the responsible Offeror whose offer conforms to the requirements as stated in the Solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government based on the criteria listed in Section L and Section M of the Solicitation. Offerors must be registered in SAM and all responsible sources may submit a proposal which, if timely received, will be considered by the Agency. Proposals are due no later than the response date in the posting. The Naval Warfare Center Corona Division (Corona Division) is seeking information from potential, responsible sources that have an interest and capability to build and provide Vertical Launch System (VLS) Module Production (Uptakes / Plenum) in accordance with the attached Draft Statement of Work (SOW) and drawings. It is requested that all interested parties who can provide the required items to respond with a Capability Statement. The Capability Statement shall also include the following information: (1) Company name, address, point of contact, CAGE code and DUNS number. (2) Business size for NAICS Code 332710. (3) Estimated unit price and lead time for market research purposes. (4) Industry commentary on the current version of the SOW.
