This is a solicitation for noncommercial items prepared in accordance with FAR part 15. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Corona Division requires VLS 2x8 Fiber Optic Splitters. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 335921. The anticipated contract type is Firm-Fixed-Price. Set-aside status: Full and Open Competition. This is an all-or-none requirement and partial proposals will be deemed unresponsive and will not be evaluated. The Government will award on a single purchase order to the responsible Offeror whose offer conforms to the requirements as stated in the Solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government based on the criteria listed in Section L and Section M of the Solicitation. Offerors must be registered in SAM and all responsible sources may submit a proposal which, if timely received, will be considered by the Agency. Proposals are due no later than the response date in the posting. It is requested that all interested parties who can provide the required items to respond with a Capability Statement. (3) Estimated unit price and lead time for market research purposes. (4) Industry commentary on the current version of the SOW.
